9: After placing your order, do not change or hide account, post, or other IDs, and do not place orders from other providers until the order is completed. If the process results in an error or shows as completed without delivery, do not place orders elsewhere until you receive a response from us!
10: Anyone who registers in our system and places an order is deemed to have accepted these rules and cannot file complaints or claim any rights in case of any issues.
11: The information stated in service descriptions may not be up to date; however, this agreement remains valid. Since we cannot know what data any service reflects in real time, service descriptions are for informational purposes only, and guarantees or start times are not valid.

We cannot predict when social media platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, etc. may release updates. In the event of any drop or loss, refunds cannot be issued unless the service provider offers compensation.
If any insult, abuse, or misuse against HQPROMO application administrators or employees is detected, the user’s membership will be terminated, and all payments, balances, and credits made will be confiscated. HQPROMO and its applications reserve the right to revoke delivered follower or like services.
Accounts of users who make payments using stolen credit cards or by paying on behalf of another person through different methods under HQPROMO and its applications will be closed without notice or explanation.
Once orders are entered into the system, cancellation or refund requests will not be accepted. If an order is not completed or is partially completed, the system will automatically issue a refund.
Every customer registered in applications available on HQPROMO is deemed to have accepted the above rules and terms and cannot file complaints or claim any rights.
